aa#7 is sensitive to temperature extremes.was the ammo/firearm stored in trunk etc?

Sounds like your using reloads. The only thing I can think of is overcrimping the brass which will mash the bullet length that's in the case. This will cause an undersized bullet and in my thinking it...
